Project Manger (Infrastructure/Operations)

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Pensacola, FL that is seeking a Project Manager (Infrastructure/Operations). Summary: The Project Manager is a vital position responsible for the planning, organizing, and managing the internal and external resources, transition milestones, and deliverables that are subset of the overall transformation program plane for the respective Service Towers. The I&O operations transformation program involving moving ticket resolution work to an external managed services provider involving all the activities required of the Knowledge Transition, stabilization, and strategy state. Duties:

• Work with the Program leadership team to establish the various project plans and milestones for each Infrastructure Service Area
• Engage with Service Delivery leader of each Services Area to drive execution of the plan
• Manage PMs from Services Provider to manage transition of services form the internal staff to external staff
• Manage Risks, Issues, and Action items
• Facilitate issues resolution and decision making
• Manage escalations
• Provide updates to Program leadership on the project progress
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in Infrastructure Managed services outsourcing knowledge transitions
• Experience in managing contract execution for typical infrastructure outsourcing
• Familiarity with the managing knowledge transition during typical outsourcing across following Service Areas - Networking, Data Center and Tools, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud Operations, Back-up and Storage, Digital Workplace, etc.
• Familiarity with implementation the SLAs
• Experience with managing Infrastructure Policies and Procedure manual creation during Knowledge Transition
• Experience in managing Managed Service provider resources onboarding and tracking
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
