Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a HRIS Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and HR decision-making
- Perform HR data entry and process routine staffing transactions, including onboarding support
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Investigate and correct data issues in a timely manner
- Provide user support for HR systems, including documentation, training, and troubleshooting
- Support ongoing improvements to HRIS processes and data management practices
- Maintain awareness of HR policies, compliance requirements, data privacy standards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee data
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, or data analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with HR information systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic statistical concepts
- Experience working with reporting and data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
