Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist. Responsibilities:
- Manage new hire post offer accept through Workday system - ServiceNow for case management
- Detail checking information and ensure onboarded correctly
- Additional screenings if needed
- Interview process if flags for eligibility results
- Manager ID compliance
- Kick off BG check for any new offers
- Follow ups on anyone who is going through process; Ensure all documents signed
- Delay start dates due to bg or documents pending
- Update candidate and manager on process
- Clearance reviews
- Need high Case load volume; HR Coordinator/ Admin/back office ops, etc.
- Experience with I9 auditing, corrections, or E Verify
- Prior experience supporting high volume onboarding or HR operations work
- Familiarity with federal employment eligibility laws and documentation standards
- CSR skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excel - Clearance tracking
- Workday - preferred
- Equifax- compliance center - plus
- ServiceNow case management - plus
