Responsibilities:
- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations
- Prepare detailed balance sheet reconciliations and investigate accounting variances
- Partner with finance, operations, and other departments to address accounting matters and support business objectives
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Support the implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements
- Apply and interpret accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting team members when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience working within a SOX-compliant environment
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to accuracy

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
