Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Support Technician in Ocoee, FL. Summary: The candidate will provide in-person and remote support for user-facing hardware and software at a remote site (~60 miles from headquarters). This high-visibility role supports executive and VIP meetings, delivers day-to-day IT support, and assists with installations, troubleshooting, asset tracking, and documentation. Frequent travel to other offices and remote locations is required. Key Responsibilities:

Summary: The candidate will provide in-person and remote support for user-facing hardware and software at a remote site (~60 miles from headquarters). This high-visibility role supports executive and VIP meetings, delivers day-to-day IT support, and assists with installations, troubleshooting, asset tracking, and documentation. Frequent travel to other offices and remote locations is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support computer hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and scanners
- Prepare, configure, and support audio/visual systems and video conferencing
- Perform pre-meeting AV checks and provide live support for executive and VIP meetings
- Monitor and maintain systems using tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; Coordinate repair or replacement as needed
- Collaborate with IT teams on projects and initiatives
- Work onsite between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Participate in evening and weekend on-call rotation
- Travel frequently to support other offices and remote locations
- High School diploma or equivalent; Certifications preferred
- Relevant certifications a plus (Microsoft 365, CompTIA A /Network , Teams Rooms, AVIXA Fundamentals)
- Enterprise IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms-certified systems
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoTo, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, and MECM
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently; valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned
