Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Compliance and Risk Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Provides business analysis and builds risk models to reduces operating losses and maintain maximum protection of an organization's assets; Provides risk-related support to other departments in the Investment
- Ensure that Reg W/23A-related affiliate aged invoices are reflected in the bank's cash collateral and quantitative limits calculations
- Ensure that Reg W/23A-related daily overdrafts (and quarterly reporting results) are reflected in the bank's cash collateral and quantitative limits calculations
- Review weekly Affiliate Transaction Reports to identify any new affiliate/SRC activities to determine whether Transfer Pricing or Compliance review was required and, if required, obtained (as evidenced by a covering Transfer Pricing Catalog)
- Determine whether there are any Regulation W-related extensions of credit indicated on the Corporate Accounting Intercompany Lending reports and ensure they were reviewed by Compliance and Transfer Pricing and are reflected in the bank's MUAH cash collateral and quantitative limits calculations, as appropriate
- Identify and document any other Reg W/23A-related loans, derivatives, purchases of assets, or other transactions and ensure they are reflected in the bank's cash collateral and quantitative limits calculations
- Confirm that remains compliant with Reg W quantitative limits - that the aggregate of covered transactions between a bank and a single affiliate may not exceed 10% of the capital stock and surplus of the bank, and the aggregate of covered transactions between a bank and all affiliates may not exceed 20% of the capital stock and surplus of the bank
- Review the collateral pledge balance periodically to confirm that the balance equals or exceeds $25m, and that the aggregate of Reg W-related activities are adequately covere
- Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
- CRMC certification preferred
- 6-9 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- 3 years of experience with compliance or risk program and project management
- Strong research, writing and presentation skills including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports
- High attention to detail and extremely organized to effectively manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Strong sense of ownership to drive tasks to completion and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Intermediate to Expert skill in Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in financial services preferred
- Experience conducting compliance risk assessments (CRAs) and cross border data movement risk assessments
- Experience with project management methodologies and managing complex global projects
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
