In the MGM context, they apply scientific principles to enhance content performance, audience engagement, and strategic decision-making by:
- Assessing the feasibility and timeline of new data science initiatives that drive content acquisition, programming strategy, and subscriber growth through significant algorithmic innovations
- Developing new algorithms or enhancing existing models to optimize content recommendations, predict viewership patterns, analyze social media sentiment, forecast subscriber behavior, and measure promotional campaign effectiveness
- Leveraging entertainment industry data-including streaming metrics, content metadata, audience demographics, and competitive intelligence-to deliver actionable insights that improve the MGM customer experience and business impact
- Years of Experience: 4-8
- Forecast/modeling knowledge (how to predict consumer behavior)
- Customer cohort analysis
- Able to operate in ambiguity
- SQL, ETL, Excel/VBA, Python, Quick Suite, Generative AI
- Media/entertainment experience a plus
