Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Hartford, CT. Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume AP invoice entry, (1400 per week)
- Perform weekly check run processing, (volume 600 /month)
- Reconcile AP vendor accounts and perform 3-way matching
- Handle AP related month-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations and payments to vendors
- Administrative functions, scanning, copying, and filing
- High Volume AP invoice processing experience
- Experience performing administrative duties
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
