What You’ll Do
- Run company-provided appointments with homeowners (no prospecting).
- Diagnose real issues in basements, foundations, and concrete—and sell real solutions.
- Close with confidence, integrity, and authority.
- Crawlspaces, basements, whatever it takes—you own the process.
- Drive your success with no caps, no limits, just opportunity.
What You Bring
- 1 years of commission-driven sales experience (in-home or high-ticket preferred).
- Bonus: backgrounds in construction, HVAC, real estate, or in-home services.
- Fearless attitude, killer instincts, and competitive fire.
- Strong people skills—you listen, build trust, and close.
- Valid driver’s license and the willingness to go all in.
