Looking for a steady Monday–Friday job with real earning potential? At Keystone Basement Systems, we’re searching for an Inside Sales Account Manager who’s driven, organized, and thrives on making calls that actually close business.
This isn’t a “just-answer-the-phone” type of role. It’s about following up on hot proposals, saving projects that are about to cancel, and making sure homeowners get the solutions they need. If you can handle fast-paced work, high call volumes, and the pressure of sales goals—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Call homeowners who’ve received proposals and close the sale
- Keep already-sold jobs from canceling by working with customers
- Hit and exceed sales goals and call targets
- Keep homeowner files accurate and up-to-date
- Support sales, service, and customer care teams with scheduling and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Strong computer skills and accurate data entry
- Confidence making calls and following through until the sale is closed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
The Details:
- Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM
- $18–$20/hr DOE performance bonuses
- In-person only (no WFH)
- W-2 position
