What You’ll Do
- Install basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete leveling systems.
- Carry, load, and move heavy materials and equipment (50 lbs) all day.
- Work in crawlspaces, basements, and outdoors in all conditions.
- Stay locked in with your crew to get jobs done quickly, safely, and up to our standards.
- Solve problems on the spot—no two jobs are the same.
What It Takes
- Endurance: On your feet all day, moving fast, working with your hands.
- Strength: Comfortable lifting/carrying heavy materials and tools.
- Drive: Motivated by performance-based pay and fast promotions.
- Coachability: Learn quickly, apply training, and step into leadership roles.
- Reliability: Your crew counts on you to show up every day, ready to work.
- Prior experience in construction or trades is a plus—but not required if you’ve got the work ethic.
