What You’ll Do
- Install basement waterproofing systems: sump pumps, French drains, vapor barriers, wall sealing.
- Perform foundation repair: carbon fiber straps, wall anchors, push piers, helical piers.
- Handle concrete work—breakout, mix, pour, finish—as needed for installs.
- Use company tools/equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
- Support and train newer crew members as needed.
What It Takes
- 1 years of experience in basement waterproofing and/or foundation repair.
- Physically fit: lift/carry 50 lbs, work in crawlspaces, handle hard labor daily.
- Solid knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred.
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
