What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bidding Coordinator (Rochester, NY) position at Kennedy Mechanical Contractors?
Kennedy Mechanical is currently hiring a full-time, bidding coordinator. Construction Administrator schedule will be Monday-Friday, first shift - this position will be in office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain/Update Bidding Spreadsheet
- Download and extract bidding documents
- Work with estimating team to coordinate estimating spreadsheet
- Proof read proposals, send to General Contractors
- Print and scan drawings for estimators
- Administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication and Time Management Skills
- Previous experience in construction a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
