About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role within our Communications & Marketing team, supporting the U.S. region in executing campaigns that enhance Majestas and its prestigious portfolio of luxury hospitality brands across the globe.
You’ll collaborate closely with regional and global teams to bring our marketing strategies to life—coordinating activations, crafting compelling content, and ensuring that every communication reflects the signature excellence and creativity of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and event support.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships to identify opportunities for hosting small, brand-aligned events that enhance local visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Provide daily operational support to the marketing team and contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh, creative ideas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.
- Passionate about storytelling, digital engagement, and luxury brand positioning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in major social media and marketing tools (Meta, Google, Canva, etc.).
- Fluent in English; Italian is a strong plus.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
