Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager – Field Force Development to join their team! This position is located in Whippany, New Jersey.
Duties:
- Support a portfolio of commercial operations initiatives, including go-to-market activities, field sizing and structure, launch readiness, and business planning cycles
- Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Track interdependencies across product launches, territory alignment cycles, incentive compensation timelines, and system readiness
- Coordinate readiness activities for new product launches and new indications for existing products, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Field Operations, Marketing, Training, IT/Data, Incentive Compensation, and Analytics
- Track deliverables, readiness criteria, risks, and open issues, escalating as needed
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and readiness checklists
- Provide project management support for go-to-market design initiatives, including field sizing, targeting and segmentation, and territory alignment
- Coordinate incentive compensation plan design and administration timelines in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, HR, Payroll, and Field Operations
- Track dependencies between compensation design, system configuration, communications, and rollout
- Own day-to-day project execution activities, including milestone tracking, risk management, status reporting, dashboards, and follow-ups
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including agenda development, scheduling, logistics, and action tracking
- Maintain shared documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint/Teams) with strong version control
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and documentation accuracy
- Update and maintain workflow templates, trackers, and standardized reporting materials
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- High attention to detail with the ability to track complex timelines and dependencies
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Project, Smartsheet and Jira
- Process-oriented mindset with focus on execution, consistency, and follow-through
- Experience supporting commercial, field operations, go-to-market, or launch-related initiatives preferred
- Exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments is a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $46.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
