Job Summary

Job Description
- Support a portfolio of Commercial Operations initiatives, including GTM design, field sizing, launch readiness, and business planning cycles
- Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Track interdependencies across launches, territory alignment, incentive compensation timelines, and system readiness
- Coordinate readiness activities for new product launches and new indications
- Track deliverables, risks, issues, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain launch documentation, trackers, and readiness checklists
- Provide project management support for GTM initiatives, including field sizing, targeting, segmentation, and territory alignment
- Track inputs, outputs, approvals, and timelines across stakeholders
- Coordinate incentive compensation (IC) plan design and execution timelines
- Track dependencies between IC design, system configuration, communications, and rollout
- Maintain documentation and readiness materials for IC execution
- Manage day-to-day project execution including timelines, milestones, risk tracking, and status reporting
- Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and action item tracking
- Ensure consistent use of project management tools, templates, and workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including agendas, scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups
- Document meeting notes, action items, and track completion
- Maintain documentation repositories, shared folders, and collaboration platforms
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
- Update templates, trackers, and reporting materials
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Skills Required
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations roles
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- High attention to detail with strong tracking and coordination abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and project management tools (Project, ADO, Smartsheet, Jira)
- Process-oriented mindset with strong execution and follow-through
- Experience supporting commercial, field operations, GTM, or launch-related initiatives preferred
- Exposure to cross-functional work in biotech or healthcare organizations is a plus
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred

- Work Shift: 08:00 AM
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office required)
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $92.86 to $110.71 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
