Job Description
Pay range: 85-105/hr
This position will report directly to the Executive Director, Field Force Deployment. The Project Manager, Field Force Debaployment Operations will support the planning, execution, and operational readiness of high impact commercial initiatives, including new product launches, second indications, go to market (GTM) design, quarterly business planning cycles, territory alignment, and incentive compensation (IC) plan execution and administration.
This role serves as a central execution and coordination partner, ensuring timelines, dependencies, documentation, and cross functional follow ups are managed with rigor and consistency. The Project Manager will enable senior leaders and functional owners to focus on decision making and strategy by owning project administration, cadence management, status reporting, and operational discipline across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Initiative Management
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
2 - 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations roles.
Experience supporting commercial, field operations, GTM, or launch-related initiatives preferred.
Exposure to cross-functional work in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare organization is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
High attention to detail with the ability to track complex timelines and dependencies.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft suite and PM tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Project, ADO, Smartsheet, Jira).
Process oriented mindset with a focus on execution, consistency, and follow through.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Initiative Management
- Support a portfolio of Commercial Operations initiatives, including GTM exercises, field sizing and structure, launch readiness, and ongoing business planning cycles.
- Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
- Track interdependencies across launches, territory alignment cycles, IC plan timelines, and system readiness.
- Coordinate readiness activities for new product launches and new indications for existing brands, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Field Ops, Marketing, Training, IT/Data, Incentive Compensation, and Analytics.
- Track launch deliverables, readiness criteria, risks, and open issues; escalate risks as needed.
- Maintain launch documentation, trackers, and readiness checklists.
- Provide project management support for GTM design initiatives, including:
- Field sizing and structure exercises
- Targeting and segmentation cycles
- Quarterly business planning and territory alignment
- Track inputs, outputs, timelines, and approvals across cross functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate IC plan design and administration timelines in partnership with IC, Finance, Legal, HR, Payroll, Leadership, and Field Operations.
- Track dependencies between IC design, system configuration, communications, and field rollout.
- Maintain documentation, timelines, and readiness materials to support on time plan execution.
- Own day to day project execution activities, including:
- Timeline and milestone tracking
- Dependency and risk tracking (RAID logs)
- Status reporting and dashboards
- Action item and follow up management
- Ensure consistent use of project management tools, templates, and workflows.
- Coordinate cross functional meetings and operating cadences, including:
- Agenda development and pre reads
- Scheduling and calendar invites
- Logistics coordination
- Meeting notes, action items, and follow up tracking.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Maintain shared folders, SharePoint/Teams sites, and documentation repositories with strong version control and audit readiness.
- Ensure SOP compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely updates.
- Update and maintain workflow templates, checklists, trackers, and standardized reporting materials.
- Support continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
