OSP Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a OSP Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Reston, Virginia or Halethorpe, Maryland. 


 

Duties:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input from assigned OSP engineers
• Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
• Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Sales, OSP Engineering, Network Program Management, Operations, etc.
• Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
• Track project changes and producing updated schedules
• Track budget
• Gather and report performance measurement of ongoing progress
• Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and/or construction or experience in the field
• Background in project management in a field related to civil, environmental, or utility construction
• Ability to clearly articulate expectations and drive success
• Organization and the ability to multi-task is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Office suites
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $44.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
