Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Duties:
- Prepare and image computers, ensuring proper installation of software, email, and Office 365 configurations
- Provide timely response and resolution to hardware and software support requests and incidents
- Manage and track technical issues using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Travel between office locations as required, approximately 6 miles apart, to provide on-site support
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience providing hands-on IT support, including in-person technical assistance
- Proficient in Windows 11, Office 365, and general hardware/software troubleshooting for laptops and desktops
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems
- Exposure to MacBook support is an advantage but not required
- Previous experience working in a corporate office environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between office locations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The approximate pay range for this position is between $15.76 and $22.51. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
Salary : $16 - $23
