Employee Success Specialist

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Employee Success Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Duties:

• Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Serve as first-line support for employee questions, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation
• Recommend effective, compliant solutions and escalate complex matters to Employee Relations leadership when appropriate
• Support performance management, coaching conversations, and workplace accommodations
• Partner with managers to drive consistent and fair application of company policies
• Manage a high volume of employee cases with accuracy and sound judgment
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and employee records
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance employee experience

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 3 years of experience consulting on HR policies and processes with employees and managers
• Experience as an HR Generalist or in Employee Relations
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment

The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $26.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
