Job Overview:
The Employee Success Specialist will be a key member of the Employee Success Shared Services team, contributing to the design and implementation of a global shared services HR delivery model. This role involves being the initial point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, programs, and practices, as well as resolving issues. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and have experience supporting various HR disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Employee Success Business Partners (ESBPs) to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
- Facilitate administrative aspects of employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and answering general questions.
- Assist employees with resolving issues related to benefits, compensation, immigration, and employee relations.
- Record and track customer interactions using a case management tool, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain process, program, and policy knowledge to assist employees effectively.
- Ensure data integrity by auditing new hire information and employee changes.
- Provide feedback on trends, processes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support system testing and respond to employment verifications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with SOX processes and support internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in an HR discipline or a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR service environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to navigate sensitive employee situations.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-paced environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Experience with employment laws and practices for the region supported.
- Experience with global HR systems such as Workday or ADP.
- Familiarity with case management tools and cloud-based applications like Salesforce.
- Experience in HR shared services organizations for established companies.

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
