Automation Developer

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking Automation Developer to join their team! This position is located in Englewood, Colorado. 

 
Duties:

• Test case creation for complex architecture application
• Responsible for release testing
• Responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts to support application testing
• Perform analysis of manual test cases and functional requirements
• Determine the balance of test coverage to be automated for reuse
• Test, debug and execute automated test cases and prepare reports
• Document results and facilitate review meetings with project team stakeholders
• Looks for solutions to automate test cases early in the test life cycle
• Work on projects of high complexity within one or more test/development environments
• Work on multiple programs, systems and applications as a project team member and/or lead

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience
• Experience with database schemas and querying tools
• Experience working with test management tool like Qmetry
• Critical thinker, ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and maintain positive attitude
• Extensive experience with automation scripting with typescript/JavaScript, cucumber over cypress framework
• Understand existing automation and manual test cases quickly

The approximate pay range for this position is between $53.00 and $73.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
