- Requesting and managing changes to purchase order dates with suppliers
- Updating MRP system to communicate expected inventory and supply status
- Monitoring open purchase orders to ensure timely receipt
- Issuing purchase orders to support engineering changes
- Updating internal customers and management regarding supply issues and resolutions
- Coordinating engineering changes between internal customers and suppliers
- Managing supplier relationships to maintain continuity of supply and product availability
- Challenging price increase requests from suppliers and escalating when necessary
- Serving as the single point of contact for suppliers for SICR/Change Order tracking and prioritization
- Holding suppliers accountable to shipment plans
- Hold an undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline (required)
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
- Are PC literate and comfortable with purchasing systems and procedures
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Have 1-2 years of procurement or supply planning experience )
- Bring functional skills in MRP, supplier management, and PC proficiency (preferred)
- Are available to work the designated shift hours
