- Develop and maintain supply, inventory, and capacity plans based on demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor safety stock levels, capacity utilization, back orders, and supply performance.
- Identify supply risks, bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation plans.
- Support product launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs.
- Maintain supply planning master data and ERP system accuracy.
- Analyze KPIs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- 2 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience with SAP, JDE, or other ERP systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Power BI experience.
- Manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience.
