We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide
hands-on Windows 11 deskside support in a clinical/corporate environment. This
Role Requires Strong Communication Skills, Professionalism, And Experience With
hardware deployment and end-user migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and support PC hardware including desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals
- Provide deskside support for Windows 11 operating systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and device drivers
- Utilize SCCM for software deployment and system updates
- Perform basic Active Directory support (user accounts, group membership, access awareness)
- Support OneDrive setup, data migration, and user data configuration
- Troubleshoot and support networked printing environments
- Assist clinicians and end users with device migrations from legacy systems to new hardware
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and issues resolved
- 1-3 years of Windows 10/11 desktop or deskside support experience in a corporate or clinical environment
- Strong hands-on experience with PC hardware deployment and refresh initiatives
- Working knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, OneDrive, and network printing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and appearance when supporting end users
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a service-oriented mindset
- Lead or escalation experience is a plus, but not required
