Quality Analyst
Location: Whiteland, IN 46184
Pay Rate: $27 / hr
Duration: 6 Months (possibility for full-time conversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Summary:
Kelly is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team at a global diesel manufacturer in Whiteland, IN. In this essential role, you will support warehouse operations by collaborating with 3PL employees and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancy claims, support quality initiatives, and drive process improvement. This position offers hands-on exposure to both office and warehouse environments with opportunities for career advancement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with the shipping office and claims analyst team to facilitate the customer claims process.
- Support the oversight and administration of the returnable container program.
- Assist the Quality team with projects to achieve quality objectives and promote continuous improvement.
- Perform operational tasks requiring occasional lifting up to 35 lbs and regular movement in a large warehouse setting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- College degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Advanced data analysis and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage sensitive information professionally and work collaboratively across internal and external teams.
Additional Information:
- In-person interview required (1 hour).
- Standard working hours, on-site position.
- Initial 6-month contract with potential to become permanent, full-time employment.
