Precinct Service Clerks

Kelly is currently seeking a Precinct Service Clerk for the Orange County elections office located in Orlando, FL 32806. The Precinct Service Clerk (PSC) works with the Poll Workers, Polling Places and Supplies for election Day.

Pay: $15 per hour/ plus mileage

Assignment Start- May/June 2026

Schedule- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm will work overtime during peak times. Could be 60 hours (you have to be flexible to work long hours, nights and weekends with little to no notice)

What’s a typical day as a Precinct Service Clerk? You’ll be:

• Scheduling poll workers for orientation
• Assisting with poll worker training
• Entering data for poll worker election assignments
• Providing Election Day support for poll workers
• Working sponsored registration drives to recruit poll workers
• Procuring polling places
• Traveling to polling sites on occasion (must have own vehicle and will be paid mileage)
  
  

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have experience in data entry, administration in an office setting.
• At least 40 words per minute, familiar with computers and ability to learn new computer programs.
• Are flexible to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to travel to different polling sites ( mileage reimbursement)
