About the Role:
Bring advanced machines to life by assembling intricate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Working from detailed engineering drawings and blueprints, you’ll ensure every unit meets exacting standards for performance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components using torque wrenches, dial indicators, depth gauges, and digital levels for precise tolerances
- Interpret imperial and metric measurement systems
- Safely move and position heavy parts using overhead cranes
- Maintain a clean, organized work area by following Lean (5S) practices
- Uphold strict safety standards and always use proper PPE
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and suggest efficiency improvements
- Keep work processes organized and contribute feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ assembly experience, or 5 years in machine build, manufacturing, maintenance, or service
- Skilled at reading technical documents and schematics
- Confident using precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and outstanding attention to detail
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks throughout your shift
- Electrical wiring and forklift experience/certification are a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred
