Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver mechanical design packages that meet project and contract specifications.
- Support early project stages, including conceptual design and tender documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Electrical Engineers and CAD Designers to coordinate detailed designs.
- Conduct pressure, temperature, flow, and heat transfer calculations.
- Create and interpret P&IDs and size absorption chillers.
- Participate in HAZOP and risk assessments.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to resolve engineering issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with experience in power generation (1–25 MW) or renewable natural gas sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and adaptability under pressure.
- Professional engineering registration (PE or equivalent)
- Experience in Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems
