The Opportunity
Join the team as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) supporting the Ground Management and Integration (GMI) program. This role is a critical part of the PWSA program, working to make the world’s most advanced Space Domain Awareness (SDA) and Ground Management infrastructure even smarter. You will be at the heart of security execution for Enterprise, Ground, and GMI segment levels.

What You Will Do
As the CPSO, you will serve as the security lead for a cross-functional team, ensuring the integrity of mission-critical defense operations.
- Security Execution: Manage the GDMS GMI Program security execution and coordinate closely with the FSO to facilitate team interactions.
- Access Management: Track the official program roster and manage the full lifecycle for SIPR tokens, CAC cards, and Naval LIFT access.
- Facility Oversight: Oversee CUI Room Security and verify that SECRET room security remains in good standing.
- Program Support: Coordinate classified meetings, manage visitor requests, and ensure PPIP is integrated into all program activities.
- Incident Response: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for program security events and incidents, interacting with the FSO and PMO for resolution.
- Communication: Advise the team on secure operations (CUI email, etc.) and handle JRIC communications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of job-related experience (or 3 years with a Master’s degree).
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with FSO duties, VARs, CACs, and security documentation.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid background in DoD environments is highly desired.
- Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
- Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance is preferred at the time of hire; candidates must meet eligibility for a U.S. Government security investigation.
- Location: Must be local to the Scottsdale, AZ area to support the hybrid/on-site schedule.
