Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our clients information security team. The IAM Analyst will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing access management solutions such as Okta, SailPoint, Azure Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools. This role will collaborate with IT, security, and business units to ensure that access controls align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support IAM solutions, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Configure and maintain identity systems such as Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, and PAM tools.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Analyze and resolve escalated IAM incidents and service requests with strong problem-solving skills.
- Develop, document, and improve IAM processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with various teams to design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Participate in identity governance initiatives, assisting with onboarding of applications and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with current IAM and cybersecurity trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management or related cybersecurity roles.
- Proficiency with IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, PAM, etc.).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus.
Salary : $40 - $50
