Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated sales professional with a strong background in machine tools, metal cutting, or industrial manufacturing. This individual will lead complex, solution-based sales efforts for advanced CNC machining and capital equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Growth & Market Expansion
- Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account expansion
- Identify and pursue opportunities within aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial sectors
- Expand market presence through targeted sales strategies
Customer Engagement & Strategic Selling
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key decision-makers
- Lead full-cycle, solution-based sales processes for capital equipment
- Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations
Sales Execution & Leadership
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
- Establish and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
Technical Sales & Collaboration
- Leverage expertise in CNC machining, metal cutting, and automation solutions
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver customized solutions
- Support product demos and ROI-driven proposals
Market Strategy & Industry Engagement
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field)
- 5 years of sales experience in machine tools, CNC, metal cutting, or industrial manufacturing
- Proven success selling capital equipment in complex sales environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
