About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to support a growing team within a leading software and services organization. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering solutions that drive customer success and long-term retention.
You’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers, serve as their trusted advisor, and work proactively to support renewals, uncover growth opportunities, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and maintain regular communication.
- Drive renewals and reduce churn through exceptional service and problem-solving.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs.
- Deliver product knowledge and support adoption of tools and features.
- Track pipelines, manage customer data, and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Serve as a customer advocate while ensuring business objectives are met.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics related to satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 1 year of inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
- Thrives in a competitive, goal-driven, team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
