Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist — Manufacturing

3 month contract | Remote (U.S.) | $24-25/hour | Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET

Must be U.S.-based and able to work Eastern Time hours.

We’re hiring a manufacturing recruiter to manage full-cycle, high-volume hiring for our customer in New York. You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to recruit for high volume manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates; support onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews and share regular pipeline updates and metrics.
• Support candidate engagement and employer branding while following employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and updating candidate files

Requirements

• 2 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience required.
• Experience hiring across technical and leadership levels.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• ATS and Microsoft Office experience; excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with reliable high-speed internet.
