📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday
🔧 Position: Full-Time | Technical Assembly
Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced in industrial equipment assembly or maintenance?
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for a skilled Actuation Technician to join a growing industrial team in Charlotte, NC!
🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
✅ Assemble and test electrical and pneumatic automated valve systems
✅ Install and adjust actuators, fittings, switches, and solenoids
✅ Perform mechanical modifications, calibrations, and operational testing
✅ Read technical specifications and work with hand tools
✅ Assist with inventory and maintain quality and safety standards
🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ Mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, or related technical experience
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
✔️ Experience with hand tools and technical specifications
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
✔️ Overhead crane operating experience
✔️ High school diploma or GED
