In Kelly Benefits Advantage (KBA), we are looking for curious, motivated workers who are eager to learn, sharpen real-world skills, and contribute from day one. Interns partner closely with our KBA Leadership — Gen 3 family members, Stephen and Frankie Kelly — while experiencing a structured rotation across five KBA verticals: Sales, Account Management, Installation, Enrollment, and Service.

- Apply what you learn on meaningful projects that make a visible impact.
Compensation & Other Details
- Intern Pay - Rising Juniors $15hr / Rising Seniors $16hr
Requirements
- Successful completion of sophomore year of college
- Advanced proficiency in a Windows-based environment
- Strongly articulate in written, oral, and electronic communication
- Program Dates: June 1st - August 6th | Hours: Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–4:30pm
