Kelly Benefits in Sparks, Maryland is seeking a creative, energetic college student to join our hands-on Communications & Marketing team. The selected candidate will work on independent projects as well as support the multi-function team in all aspects of communications and marketing.

Kelly Benefits in Sparks, Maryland is seeking a creative, energetic college student to join our hands-on Communications & Marketing team. The selected candidate will work on independent projects as well as support the multi-function team in all aspects of communications and marketing.
Duties And Responsibilities Will Include (in No Order)
- General support for departmental projects and events.
- General support of social media and public relations initiatives, including supporting the review of social media analytics, coordinating/obtaining assets (e.g., photos of events), and writing/editing of posts (as requested).
- General support for marketing website content, including blogs, whitepapers, routine content updates, employee bios, etc.
- Event and meeting support, including set up, tear down, coordinating and/or obtaining items to support the event.
- General support of the distribution of communication and marketing pieces such as invitations, flyers, intranet posts, etc.
- Administrative support (copying, organizing, filing, archiving, etc.)
- Research (as requested)
- Department errands (as needed – reliable transportation necessary)
- Miscellaneous support (promotional item fulfillment and inventory, special projects within in the department)
- This year’s Summer Internship Program runs from June 1st – August 21st with office hours of 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. – Monday through Friday. Our Summer Intern would need to be able to work the entirety of the program schedule from our headquarters in Sparks, Maryland.

Requirements
- Successful completion of sophomore year of college with relevant degree focus
- Microsoft software proficiency - experience in Adobe Creativity Suite is a plus but not required
- Strong written, oral, and electronic communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking a variety of functions
- Well-organized and team-oriented
- WordPress, CMS, digital communications, social media management, or event experience a plus
