Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking a creative, energetic student to join our hands-on Communications & Marketing team to work on independent projects as well as to support the team in all aspects of communications and marketing for our Kelly Benefits Strategies “KBS” team. Some level of expertise with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases would be preferred. Strong PowerPoint skills required.

Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking a creative, energetic student to join our hands-on Communications & Marketing team to work on independent projects as well as to support the team in all aspects of communications and marketing for our Kelly Benefits Strategies “KBS” team. Duties And Responsibilities Will Include
- Event and meeting support including set up, tear down, coordinating and/or obtaining items to support the event.
- Creative support for department projects and events.
- Administrative support (copying, organizing, filing, archiving, etc.)
- Research
- Department errands (as needed – reliable transportation necessary)
- Miscellaneous support (promotional item fulfillment and inventory, special projects within in the department)
- Data entry
- Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
- Support the creation of PowerPoint templates and slide decks
- This year’s Summer Internship program runs from June 1st - August 21st, with office hours of 8:15am - 5:00pm – Monday through Friday. Our Summer Intern would need to be able to work the entirety of the program schedule.

Requirements
- Successful completion of sophomore year of college with relevant degree focus
- Microsoft software proficiency - experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required
- Strong written, oral, and electronic communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking a variety of functions
