Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance throughout each transaction
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on current industry trends
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
• Build strong client rapport through effective communication, personalized service, and attentive follow-up to meet their unique needs
• Utilize sales technology adoption tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline processes and maintain organized records of client interactions
• Coordinate property management activities when applicable, including scheduling inspections, appraisals, and coordinating with vendors or contractors
• Lead negotiations for real estate offers with transparency and professionalism to secure favorable deals for clients while managing expectations

Skills

• Proven ability in negotiation, sales negotiation, and deal closing within the real estate industry
• Strong marketing skills to promote listings effectively across various channels
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly valued for serving diverse client populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations
• Experience with managing real estate transactions from initial offer through closing while adhering to legal standards
• Excellent communication skills for client rapport building and client communication management
• Knowledge of real estate market analysis techniques and industry trends to provide strategic advice
• Familiarity with real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices
• Organizational skills coupled with administrative experience supporting smooth transaction workflows
• Ability to adopt new sales technology tools quickly and efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards
