What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buyer's Agent at Keller Williams Realty position at Keller Williams Realty?
Job Description:
Are you a seasoned real estate professional looking to take your career to the next level with unlimited earning potential? Join our dynamic, high-achieving buyer's agent team at Keller Williams Realty in Columbia, SC. Our team is a newer powerhouse backed by substantial investments from multi-million-dollar investors, capable of delivering millions in monthly sales volume with a proven track record of success. We're expanding rapidly and seeking 2-3 experienced buyer's agents to handle qualified leads and drive exceptional results.
As a buyer's agent on our team, you'll operate independently in a supportive environment designed for top performers. We provide all the tools and resources you need to focus solely on what you do best: building client relationships, setting appointments, and closing deals. Our team covers all costs associated with maintaining your active real estate license, including National Association of Realtors (NAR) fees, continuing education requirements, office fees, an allowance for signage for signed listing clients, and other related expenses—with no out-of-pocket costs for you.
Once a contract is in place, you'll hand off the details to our dedicated full-time Transaction Coordinator and Sales Assistant, who manage all paperwork and processes through closing. Your role is streamlined: qualify leads, conduct showings, and secure commitments. We generate qualified leads through our exclusive partnership programs, providing enough volume to support high-income opportunities based on your expertise and conversion skills. Top performers receive additional leads to scale their success without limits.
In addition to team-specific support, you'll enjoy the full suite of benefits that come with being part of Keller Williams, the world's largest real estate franchise by agent count:
- World-Class Training and Education: Unlimited access to KW University, offering thousands of hours of online and in-person courses, certifications, and professional development to sharpen your skills.
- Profit Sharing: Opportunity to earn a share of your market center's profits as your business grows.
- Coaching and Mentoring: One-on-one guidance from experienced leaders; our team also provides a full-time coach at no cost to you (fees covered by the team if you opt in).
- Advanced Technology Tools: Access to KW Command, a cutting-edge CRM, market insights, and marketing platforms to streamline your workflow.
- Referral and Networking Programs: Global agent referral network and events to expand your reach.
- Leadership and Equity Opportunities: Fast-track paths to roles like Assistant Team Leader or Team Leader, plus the ability to invest in or buy into the team for profit sharing and ownership stakes through Keller Williams' Agent Investor Program.
This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking self-starters with significant real estate experience who thrive independently and can hit the ground running without ongoing supervision. With our lead flow and support, skilled agents have the opportunity to achieve $200,000–$300,000 in annual gross commission income (GCI), with uncapped potential for top producers. Earnings are commission-based and depend on individual performance, market conditions, and conversion rates—success here rewards experience and drive.
If you're a proven closer ready to join a well-funded team committed to your growth, apply today. Keller Williams is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all associates.
