Responsibilities-
- Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers in Santa Barbara, Ca to deliver exceptional customer service
- Explain suggested asking prices and key selling points to sellers, ensuring they understand the best price for their home
- Organize and oversee open houses, as well as coordinate all home inspections and showings
