Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Manhattan, New York

Position Overview
A well-established company in the promotional products and branded merchandise industry is seeking a dependable and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support its Manhattan office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, assisting multiple team members, and handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.
The Administrative Assistant will work three full days per week and must be comfortable working entirely on-site. The right candidate will be professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage changing priorities in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadership and other team members
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, organize, and update documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
- Enter and maintain accurate information in company databases and internal systems
- Assist with processing paperwork, customer documentation, and order-related information
- Organize digital and physical files to ensure records are accurate and easy to locate
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments as needed
- Order office supplies and help maintain an organized, professional office environment
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, or data entry when needed
- Support special projects and other administrative needs as they arise
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative position
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable learning new software and internal business systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Able to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team
