You will play a critical role in strengthening the finance function, improving systems and processes, enhancing reporting and controls, and supporting capital strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting oversight
- Strengthen close processes, internal controls, and financial infrastructure
- Oversee treasury, cash flow management, tax strategy, and liquidity planning
- Partner with executive leadership and investors on financial performance, forecasting, and capital planning
- Support fundraising initiatives and strategic capital raises
- Provide financial leadership for restructuring, operational improvements, and cost discipline initiatives
- Oversee financial due diligence and integration support for potential M&A activity
- Improve systems, processes, and reporting across a multi-site healthcare platform
- CPA strongly preferred, public accounting foundation highly valued
- Experience in private equity–backed environments
- Healthcare, multi-site, or closely related service industry experience required
- Strong understanding of reimbursement models, employer-sponsored healthcare plans, and insurance dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, organizational change, and rapid growth
- Experience partnering directly with physicians and clinical leadership
- Proven track record in process improvement and building scalable finance infrastructure
