PE backed SaaS company is seeking a Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to add to their team. This role will work on a small team and have a lot of impact while reporting into the Director Accounting. We are targeting candidates with 5-8 years of experience, ideally with at least 2 years in public accounting.

- Manage technical accounting research on various areas including revenue recognition, purchase accounting, business combinations, and equity administration
- Prepare financial reporting packages for the PE firm
- Consolidate financial data from subsidiaries
- Support the corporate accounting team with month-end close deliverables as needed
- Ensure internal controls are in compliance with GAAP and industry standards
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA / MSA is a plus
- CPA and public accounting experience required
- 5-8 years of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
