This position will work closely with the broader finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and support ongoing accounting operations. While this role is remote, candidates must be located in the Northeastern United States to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close activities and help ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial reporting.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing journal entries and supporting account reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and customer billing coordination.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded within the accounting system.
- Associates degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in a Staff Accountant or similar role.
- Prior experience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable preferred.
- Strong Excel skills required, including experience with pivot tables.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
