- Exposure to multi-entity accounting across 40 hotels
- Direct involvement in monthly close and financial reporting

- Experience with sales/use tax filings, audits, and process improvement
- Visibility into a growing, acquisitive hospitality platform
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in the accounting cycle while building depth and breadth in your experience:
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts across multiple properties
- Support month-end close, including accruals, prepaids, and reclasses
- File sales and use tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Research and resolve discrepancies; support AR processes as needed
- Assist with audits and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Partner with internal teams and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in multi-entity, hospitality, or property accounting is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems preferred
- Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow
- A team player who communicates well and takes ownership
