The Staff Accountant will report to the Controller and assist with daily operational accounting tasks. The Staff Accountant will perform the following:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including entering AP transactions and creating customer invoices.
- Use QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between company records and bank statements.
- Make collection calls to follow up on outstanding invoices and support cash flow.
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
