Responsibilities For The Senior Financial Analyst Position
- Develop and distribute monthly financial reports and dashboards that inform leadership decision-making
- Build forecasting models, scenario planning tools, and long-range financial projections
- Lead budgeting cycles and support cross-functional teams with planning, modeling, and spend analysis
- Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis across departments including operations, sales, and marketing
- Identify performance drivers, cost opportunities, and strategic levers to optimize profitability
- Support ERP and reporting system implementations; build scalable reporting structures and financial tools
- Partner directly with executive leadership on business strategy, growth initiatives, and process improvement
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- Familiarity with mid to large ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience building reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and planning tools from scratch
