Salary: $140,000–$160,000 bonus equity.

- Manage AP, AR, payroll (global oversight), Concur expenses, and general accounting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 accounting professionals.
- Perform/review reconciliations, journal entries, and flux analysis.
- Drive audit prep and serve as primary contact for external auditors and tax teams.
- Strengthen internal controls and documentation across financial reporting.
- Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including system upgrades and reporting automation.
- Serve as backup for payroll and Concur processing.
- Experience: 8–10 years progressive accounting experience with proven management of staff.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- Industry: Life sciences / medical device strongly preferred; public company experience a big plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong SAP, Concur, UKG a plus; advanced Excel required.
- Knowledge: Deep GAAP, inventory/COGS, technical accounting, and financial reporting.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities — can present to executives and train staff.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced public company environment.
- Location: Local to the Lexington, MA area for hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite required).
