Accounting Senior Manager

A rapidly evolving organization in the science-driven technology space is seeking a Senior Accounting Leader to guide core financial operations during a period of significant growth and transformation. This role operates at the center of a complex, global environment where precision, compliance, and operational speed are essential.

Key Focus Areas

• Stewardship of essential accounting functions (AP, AR, Payroll, GL)
• Ownership of monthly and annual close cycles
• Oversight of reconciliations, journal activity, and financial accuracy
• Maintenance and strengthening of internal controls
• Direction and development of accounting team members
• Collaboration across Finance to support planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Participation in systems enhancements, workflow redesign, and operational improvements
• Support of audit, tax, and ad-hoc financial requests
